1. Overview
This website is operated by Raja Traders LLC ("we", "us", "our"), trading as Festivals Gifts. By visiting festivalsgifts.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this site.
2. Using this site
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to place an order. You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or to interfere with its operation or security.
3. Products and pricing
All prices are shown in US dollars and exclude shipping and any applicable taxes, which are calculated at checkout.
We make every effort to display products accurately, but screens vary and colours may differ slightly from the actual item. Product dimensions and specifications are provided by our suppliers and may vary within normal manufacturing tolerances.
We may change prices, update product descriptions or discontinue any product at any time without notice. Prices in effect at the time you place your order are the ones that apply to it.
4. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel any order, including after you have received an order confirmation, where:
- The product is out of stock or no longer available
- A pricing or product description error has occurred
- Payment is declined or flagged
- We suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity
If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.
You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to an address entered incorrectly.
5. Payment
Payment is taken at checkout. By submitting your payment details you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method.
6. Shipping and delivery
Delivery timeframes are set out in our Shipping Policy. Some items ship from overseas warehouses and delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you once the carrier delivers the parcel.
7. Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
8. Product use and safety
Products must be used for their intended purpose and in accordance with any instructions or warnings supplied with them or shown on the product page. Some items carry specific safety information — please read it before use.
